I am so frustrated! Ebay has blocked communication with a would-be customer for one of my custom quilts and now I can’t get to her to answer any of her questions. I sent her a message that included my personal e-mail, which was probably against ebay policy, but this has happened to me before and I always complete all my transactions within ebay. I need the personal e-mails for later in the process when I send pictures of the quilts as they are being made and fabric swatches before I get started. I don’t know what to do! She hasn’t responded on my personal e-mail yet and it’s been a week since her last e-mail that I couldn’t respond to. I tried having a friend contact her through the message system and ebay wouldn’t let her do it either.

I have done ebay for at least 9 yrs now and I think they have blocked your customer because of some probllem they have on her , someone reported her for something, she bought off ebay after the bidding was done. There is some reason ebay won’t let you let you get to her.If you arent’t getting your emails back that you send and a notice as to why, then she is probably avoiding you. She may not want the quilt now. Although she should let you know. But, I would forget her.Oh, ebay can not block her from using your email address or block you from contacting her through email
